Expressing Gratitude: Before coming out of bed and beginning our daily chores, start the day by expressing gratitude. Dressing up: Many of us have been working from home since the past few months. In these many months at home, we have forgotten to dress up and look good. Movies are meant to take you into another world that is quite different from the existing reality. So, whenever you are feeling low, you can always plan for a movie night. Pick movies that fall into the genre of comedy or sci-fi that help you forget your worries and guarantee you entertainment. We recommend that you plan this over a weekend where you can enjoy the movie with your close ones. Watching a movie with your family or spouse will strengthen your bonding with them.

A quick overview of the day before bedtime: This last activity has to be done before bedtime. All you need to do is keep a diary or write them in the notes section of your mobile phone.
