Ingredients:
Green peas (Matar)
Grated cauliflower
Grated carrots
Mustard seeds (Mohri)
Oil
Salt to taste
Pickle Masala
Lemon juice
Procedure:
Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
Cook until the mustard seeds start popping. Turn off the gas and let the oil cool down.
Mix green peas, grated cauliflower, and grated carrots in a bowl.
Add salt and pickle masala to this mixture and keep it aside.
Add lemon juice to this mixture.
Add the previously heated oil (which must have cooled down by now) to this mixture
And we’re done! Your mixed vegetable pickle is ready.
Store this pickle in an air-tight container for future use.
